Intermediate Defensive Shotgun (NC)

Course Details

This 1-day intermediate defensive shotgun course builds on prior defensive shotgun training, with emphasis on more demanding drills, movement, malfunction management, and efficient gun handling under realistic conditions.

Durham Pistol & Rifle Club (DPRC)

Alaska Tactical returns to North Carolina with a one-day Intermediate Defensive Shotgun course for students who already have foundational shotgun experience. Compared to the Level 1 defensive shotgun course, this class introduces more diverse and demanding drills, increased shooting on the move, positional work, and application of concealment and cover.

All classes begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. at Range #1 and typically run until approximately 5:00 p.m.

Duration: 1 day
Cost: $350
Recommended Ammo: Minimum 250 rounds of birdshot or buckshot (your choice), Minimum 50 rounds of slugs
